Coaching often focuses on helping someone stay motivated and move toward specific goals.

Somatic coaching includes the body as an essential part of change. Rather than relying on insight, motivation, mindset, or willpower alone, we work with sensation and present awareness—where shifts become tangible.

What we feel isn’t only emotional; it’s often held physically, shaping how we move and respond. This practice invites you to bring attention to what’s been quietly held, allowing it to soften, release, and reorganize into something more supportive.

When the mind and body begin working together, change becomes not just possible, but something you can feel, trust, and build from.

Applied Fantasy Way

The Applied Fantasy Way begins with what calls to you—subtle, persistent, often dismissed. The fantasies you return to are not random; they hold shape, direction, and desire. We work with them directly, refining them, grounding them, and bringing them into form. Over time, what once lived at a distance becomes something you can move within—something structured, felt, and fully your own.

three levels of support:

Tier 1: Once weekly sessions for 12 weeks.

We use fantasy and reflection to translate what you’re thinking and feeling into actionable direction.

Tier 2: Once weekly sessions for 12 weeks, 3 monthly 2-hour bodywork sessions, and real-time support to keep the feeling from the fantasy clear in your mind and body.

You’re supported not just in sessions, but in the moments where confusion shows up—so you can stay in practice and keep momentum.

Tier 3: For those ready to begin building a reality that holds the depth, beauty, and possibility once reserved for fantasy.
